About this grant
The project goal is to support learning and networking of community justice organizations in Africa. To this end, the Legal Aid Forum will host and coordinate the activities of the African Centre of Excellence for Access to Justice. Activities will include: 1) capacity building for network members; 2) documenting effective delivery models in access to justice; 3) improving the governance structure of the African Centre of Excellence for Access to Justice; and 4) participating in key Sustainable Development Goal 16 fora. The Legal Aid Forum was a founding member of the African Centre of Excellence for Access to Justice and currently serves as the host of the Centre.
