About this grant
With this grant, the Genesee County Land Bank Authority will demolish publicly owned blighted properties along and adjacent to Saginaw Street from the Flint River in downtown Flint to just north of Berston Field House. The demolition work will lead to improved neighborhood stabilization, safety, and quality of life for residents and visitors who traverse the central corridor in Flint.
