About this grant
The Foundation for the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation, through its supported organization, the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation, will lead a predevelopment design and feasibility analysis across four strategic housing and mixed-use sites in and near downtown Flint. The four sites represent potential high-impact opportunities for increasing Flint’s housing supply, strengthening neighborhoods and catalyzing development near and along the Flint River and University Avenue corridor.
