About this grant
BankTrack is one of the world’s leading civil society organizations focused on commercial banks. Since its inception in 2003, the grantee has worked to transform private sector commercial bank lending so that it better serves people, protects ecosystems and upholds human rights. The grantee’s strategies combine research, policy engagement, coalition coordination and community-led advocacy. With Mott Foundation support, BankTrack will seek to reduce commercial bank financing for coal, oil and gas expansion.
