About this grant
This grant will support the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, which coordinates the Nevada Statewide Afterschool Network to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. Specific initiatives will include: 1) increasing access to high-quality afterschool programs through state afterschool policy and quality initiatives; 2) providing professional development and technical support to program leaders and staff; 3) collaborating with cross-sector partners to align field priorities to support positive outcomes for youth; and 4) supporting the promotion and distribution of Mizzen, Inc., resources.
