About this grant
With this grant, the Foundation for the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation, through its supported organization, the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation, will acquire the former Weinstein Electric building at 213 West First Avenue in Flint. Purchasing and maintaining the building will prevent blight, contribute to neighborhood stabilization and position the property for potential future use opportunities.
